TradeDarpan provides trading-journal, analytics, reporting, goal-tracking and educational self-review tools.
2. No financial advice
TradeDarpan does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, trade execution, guaranteed returns or recommendations to buy or sell a security or financial instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for providing accurate information. You must not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Premium features
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Android subscription purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable billing, cancellation and refund rules.
5. Availability
We may improve, modify or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. User data
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, TradeDarpan is not responsible for trading losses, market losses, missed opportunities or decisions made based on your own use or interpretation of app information.
